Join us at Valley Self-Defense for farm animal yoga! Join one of Valley’s yoga instructors, Lee Eisenberg, with goats, chickens, rabbits, and more. This event takes place outdoors rain or shine.
Please bring your own yoga mat! If you do not own one, we can provide a limited quantity.
While this class will be taught by a hearing instructor, there will be an interpreter and this will be designated as a signing space specifically for the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing.
